1 General Information

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jeta7 platform and all related services. They form an agreement between the user ("Member") and jeta7. Every member registered on the platform is bound by these terms.

jeta7 reserves the right to change these terms, in part or in full, at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be taken as the member's acceptance of the new terms.

Alongside these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines apply with equal force. It is necessary to read those as well before registering.

2 Membership and Account

2.1 Registration Process

To become a member at jeta7, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Providing false or incorrect details for your name, date of birth, mobile number or email address is strictly prohibited. Accounts opened with false information may be closed without review.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, or operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address, is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all related accounts will be closed and any funds held in them may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jeta7 reserves the right to verify the identity of any member when required. A national ID card or other government-issued document may be requested. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, withdrawal processing may be put on hold.

2.4 Account Security

Every member is responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is not permitted. If any suspicious activity is noticed on the account, the jeta7 support team must be informed immediately.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

To participate in any service or gaming activity on jeta7, a member must be at least 21 years old. Registration or use of services by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited.

The date of birth provided at registration will be verified. Accounts registered with a false age will be cancelled, and all winnings and balances in that account may be forfeited.

jeta7 may request proof-of-age documents at any time if there is reason for doubt, and may restrict account activity until those documents are verified to a satisfactory standard.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer can be used to make deposits at jeta7. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). Deposited funds are generally credited to the account quickly; however, bank transfers may take a little longer.

Members must use a payment method registered in their own name. Depositing funds through a third party is not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Large withdrawals may be held until account verification is complete.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000 — the wagering requirement to withdraw is ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

A bonus is not a free reward; it is subject to conditions and cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirement is met.

5.2 Cricket Champion Bonus

Under the jeta7 Cricket Champion Bonus, a 40% bonus — up to a maximum of ৳12,000 — is available on deposits made for betting in the cricket or sports section. The wagering requirement is 18 times, with a minimum deposit of ৳100. This applies once per week. Example: a ৳2,000 deposit earns a ৳800 bonus, wagering requirement ৳800 × 18 = ৳14,400.

5.3 Birthday Special Gift

Verified members may claim a reward of up to ৳2,000 once per year during their birthday month. Wagering requirement is 10 times.

5.4 Refer a Friend Premium Offer

When a new member joins through your referral link, you can receive a one-time reward of up to ৳3,000 after that member makes their first deposit. Wagering requirement is 12 times.

5.5 General Bonus Terms

• One bonus offer cannot be used in combination with another offer at the same time.
• Bonuses are for actual gameplay only — bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account.
• jeta7 reserves the right to cancel or change any bonus at its discretion.
• Any attempt to circumvent bonus terms may result in the account being closed.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Fairness of Betting

All games and betting services on jeta7 are operated in a technically impartial manner. The RTP (Return to Player) rate on slot games is set by the game provider and represents a long-term average — it does not guarantee winnings in any specific session.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a server outage, internet disconnection or other technical problem occurs during a game or betting round, jeta7 will review the result of that round and make the appropriate decision. jeta7's decision on such matters is final.

6.3 Sports Betting

For bets placed on cricket, football and other sports events, specific rules apply in the event of a schedule change or cancellation. It is the member's responsibility to check the specific rules for each event before placing a bet.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

jeta7 may set a maximum win limit per round or per day for certain games or betting categories. Any amount exceeding this limit will not be paid out.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeta7:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing bonuses — such as attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets.
• Deliberately exploiting bugs or glitches in the platform's software or games.
• Placing bets or playing games using automated bots or scripts.
• Using the platform as a tool for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Misconduct or threatening behaviour towards other members or jeta7 staff.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance. Relevant authorities will be notified if required.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by jeta7

jeta7 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice due to a breach of terms, suspected fraud or security reasons. In such cases, the member will be informed of the reason by email.

8.2 Member-Requested Closure

If a member wishes to close their own account, they can contact the support team via live chat or email. Any balance remaining in the account can be withdrawn after meeting the relevant conditions before the account is closed.

8.3 Long-Term Inactive Accounts

If an account remains inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months) with no transactions or logins, jeta7 may mark the account as inactive. To reactivate it, the member must contact the support team.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

jeta7 is committed to protecting members' personal information. Member data is kept secure through SSL encryption and other security measures.

10 Limitation of Liability

jeta7 provides gaming and betting services on the platform. However, jeta7 is not liable for any financial loss a member incurs from gaming or betting. Placing bets and playing games is entirely the member's own decision and at their own risk.

jeta7 will not be directly liable for losses caused by internet outages, technical issues or faults in third-party services. However, every effort will be made to protect the member's fair interests in such situations.

11 Changes to Terms

Continued use of the platform after a change is made will be taken as the member's acceptance of the new terms. If any change is not acceptable, the member may request closure of their account.
